Anti-waste

  1. New creation with leftover pasta: If you have leftover pasta salad, you can reuse it by making a delicious cold pasta dish. Add diced grilled chicken or shrimp, chopped fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil for a quick and satisfying meal the next day.

  2. Pasta Salad Wrap: Turn your leftover pasta salad into a delicious wrap. Spread a layer of hummus or creamy avocado on a tortilla, top with a generous helping of pasta salad and roll up tightly. It's perfect for a take-out meal or a light dinner.

As you savor your last bite of this fresh and savory farfalle pasta salad, you'll feel a sense of satisfaction and a desire to make it again. The combination of tender pasta, sweet dried cranberries and crunchy vegetables, all seasoned with a tangy vinaigrette, is simply irresistible.
